How do I track my order?Updated 8 months ago

This is how we process your order:

  1. We will confirm your order by e-mail immediately after the payment process. Please note that the payment method Sofortüberweisung takes a few days to receive and the delivery time will be extended accordingly.
  2. Your order is transferred to the software of our dispatch center. There, it is also checked whether all data has been entered correctly. If anything is conspicuous, our team will contact you to correct the data set together with you - usually this is a missing house number or incomplete packing station information.
  3. The products are collected and packaged by our employees.
  4. As soon as the address label has been printed, the order is considered “announced”; now it is just waiting to be picked up by one of our shipping partners. You will then find the tracking link in your customer account and will also receive a shipping notification by e-mail.
  5. After collection, the package is sent to you by our shipping partner by the fastest route and is delivered to a nearby partner branch or an alternative recipient or neighbor.

If your package should have arrived long ago according to the tracking, but has not yet arrived, please check via the tracking whether it has been delivered to a neighbor or a branch.

If this is not the case and the shipping status has not changed in 5 days, please contact Kazaar Fragrances customer service. We will then contact the shipping partner to find out where your order is. Before these 5 days have passed, the shipping partners do not accept any inquiries - and experience shows that packages continue to move forward in the following days, even after a slight interruption. Our statistics show that almost no packages are lost. So please be patient if there is a slight delay."
