How can I delete my account?Updated 8 months ago
If you have accidentally created two accounts with us or would like to delete your account for other reasons, we regret this, but will be happy to delete it for you.
Simply contact us and let us know which e-mail address you used to create your account. We will take care of the deletion and then send you a confirmation by e-mail.
Please note that we can only delete your account when:
- all outstanding amounts have been settled,
- you have received all refunds due from us and
- none of your orders are still in transit.
If one of these conditions is not met, we will not be able to delete your account immediately.
