Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?Updated 8 months ago

After completing the payment process, your Kazaar order will be transferred directly to our merchandise management system. For this reason, most details can no longer be changed, including colors or sets.

Only a full or partial cancellation and the adjustment of the billing or delivery address are possible, taking into account the shipping status. Please use the corresponding option in the contact form so that we can process your request efficiently.

Once an order has reached the packing or shipping process, it can no longer be changed. In this case, we can no longer cancel or change the delivery address.

If you no longer wish to receive your order, please do not accept it when it is delivered. It will automatically be returned to us and you will receive a refund via the payment method you used.
